Shipping Policy
Relmoro — Effective Date: March 20, 2026
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.). International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Times & Rates
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): FREE on orders $50 or more
• Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): $4.99 on orders under $50
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order at: relmoro.com/pages/track-order
Lost or Stolen Packages
Relmoro is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Then contact us at support@relmoro.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Relmoro is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@relmoro.com as soon as possible.
