Refund & Return Policy

Our Guarantee
At Relmoro, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Item must be unused, in the same condition you received it
• Item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or email) required
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
• Items that have been used or visibly damaged by the customer
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@relmoro.com with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]" and include:
• Your name and order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the item (especially if damaged or defective)
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order. Contact us at support@relmoro.com if you need help with this process.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours at support@relmoro.com. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the defective item in most cases.
